I met someone this week whose former college teammate was a mutual friend. He described our shared friend as a “GREAT teammate” and a “tough, gritty football player”. …is there any higher compliment one man could give another man??.

There's a military academy in the middle of Virginia that has one of the most impressive alumni bases I've ever seen!. This is Fork Union Military Academy and they sent us a box full of lots of goodies!. Thank you to Coach Cotton and @forkunion good luck this season!

As someone who devoted years to coaching offensive line play, I always took it a little personal when other coaches represented our position group with upside-down trash cans.
Coaches, One of the most effective tools I use for teaching is a set of painted trash cans that represent defensive techniques & offensive line gaps.
