I love this modernization triple option scheme from the shotgun alignment. Very effective in spreading the defense out & playing assignment football to defend the option.

Love how the outside wide receivers find the side judge after every play to get line up properly.

Each of these concepts is designed around the quarterback’s read of a specific defensive lineman, which helps determine whether to hand off the ball, keep it, or make a pitch.

The Pistol Zone Scheme features several key variations including the Midline, Tight Zone, Inside Zone, Mid-Zone, Outside Zone, and Wide Zone.

Coaches, today is funky formation Friday part 8 where I post an unbalanced formation I’ve used in the past. Having an unbalanced formations in your offensive scheme helps the offense become more unpredictable. This week I present Diamond X Over Formation.

When using the R4 Grading System to scout opponents while watching film make sure you have an effective way to tally each grade of each run accelerators & pass accelerators.
