would anyone be interested if I posted a little thread about changes I noticed going from BMI 30s to a normal weight (BMI 22)? I know a lot of people have high sws and I know it's hard to find encouragement that way so idk if people were interested:p lmk!

who else grew up hearing that they constantly had to lose weight so fucking often and now that in a NORMAL weight and talk about still wanting to lose, people tell me I don't have to .... huh...

at the start I was down 30 lbs in a month, but then over the last couple years I was between recovery and relapse, so it took a while, lol!! I've found increasing cals helped me not binge, also eating what I wanted in MODERATION. upping water intake is key as well. good luck!! 🩶

I tried eating normally and not thinking about cals and even though I didn't gain a ton I still feel so bad it stresses me out. I don't know if I ever will be normal again I miss it when I was fat and happy and wasn't scared of stupid numbers why does it matter so much FUCK

lying leg lifts, inner thigh pulses, and sumo squats... the mix of the three help me a lot. a little bit per day, maybe 10 minutes or until you're a little sore helps. these workouts work alongside a deficit Great:D

nt sibling had an Ed and would talk about it constantly when I was like 12 then I got on antidepressants and it made me gain a ton of weight. everyone in my family has had an ed and got skinny, so I being obese wanted tocbe skinny too😭😭 crazy lore

getting slimmer is the only thing that makes me happy but AT LEAST it makes me happy. just noticed (bad habit of not looking in the mirror) my ribs are slightly visible which they never had been before I win, can't wait for my shoulders to do the same

to people who have always been skinny, yes. to people with high sws, no - I started at 180 and now am 133, that is a LOT a weight loss and I'm no where near as fat as I was so in short it depends on ur perspective 😭 I think bmi 20s is skinny ..
is it an unpopular opinion that I don't really care about logging fruits (the ones with high water content) and (raw) veggies... they're so good for u I be having unlimited fruits n veggies

yes I second this I've binged like twice in the last two weeks, then learned I gotta eat kinda normally after..... it kinda works as a metabolism reset I've heard and trust it works!! stay strong friend<3

the most loose skin I have is around my chest and it is QUITE a lot, but I'm getting top surgery, so I have no need to worry about it - I have lots of stretch marks as well from losing and gaining all over, some more obvious than others. hope this helps :D

it's ok but my main worry is your safety, I want to prevent worse things from happening. It would be very different if you wanted to be friends and you were an adult. maybe consider connecting with other players who are the same age

I've definitely found smaller fasts r so worth it, I've done max 38 hours and after the 30 hour mark I always binge 😭 better to do less so you don't, in that way less is more makes me less crazy
