She does 2-3k+ cal mukbangs almost daily, probably on top of other meals and I think without exercise! Her tdee would only be around 1600-2000 assuming she’s around average height. It’s almost definitely her diet, even if its not the whole reason it’s part of it

I think they mean awake, like if they wake up and don’t eat for 10 hours that would be 18 hours total, but just not eating for two hours before bed is 10 hours and that’s normal + recommended. But even 18:6 intermittent fasting isn’t rlly crazy to me idk

To be losing 1.5lbs per day it would be
1600 - cals consumed = x
X + cals burned = 5, 250
Even with a bmr of 2, 250 you still have to burn 3, 000 cals through exercise + what u consume 🤨

Depends on what type of animal, if it’s a caged animal I think it’s fine cause they can’t come up and lick up your blood or step on blades, etc, but if it’s a cat/dog or something and they’re calm or sleeping I don’t see problem as long as they don’t understand what’s happening
