I can't be the only one to see a weird similarity between how Stewart Lee and Nick Fuentes treat their audience with such contempt as an integral part of their bit.

Worth pointing out that MI6 flew the trans flag outside their headquarters. Lamenting the societal loss of shared truth, and how it makes us vulnerable, seems to me a perfectly reasonable observation - I hope it is accompanied by appropriate levels of self-reflection by MI6.

It can’t be stressed enough that these people don’t know anything about anything. Blackie has no idea about Putin’s position vis a vis racism but he doesn’t like Putin and he doesn’t like racism so the two must be connected somehow.

The far right would side with Russia over Britain - because Putin shares their poisonous racism. There is nothing as unpatriotic as these extremists.

The sort of people who cheerleaded for a political orthodoxy that gutted our industrial base, delegitimised the validity of the nation state and shredded our armed services turning round and saying that anyone who points this out is a Putin apologist is frankly beneath contempt

If Russia set up a puppet government in London my life would have zero noticeable differences. What are they going to do, underfund critical infrastructure to funnel public funds towards private sector cronies?

This is all just theatre. If we were worried about war we wouldn’t have demolished our energy infrastructure & national industrial capacity or be flooding the country with violent foreign men. She wants to feel important, and our powerless MPs want to feel important, one big LARP

Good news - Catherine Howard is out of govt. This article confirms what I said when she was appointed, which a number of people told me I was wrong about at the time: that Howard would find obstacles to planning reform, not help it. https://t.co/UElpKmNWLg

Yookay 1.0 is FGM becoming a concern to policy makers. Yookay 2.0 is communities that practice FGM not just failing to integrate into existing norms on this matter, but gradually asserting their right to practice FGM freely without stigmatisation or challenge in the country.
