This Poulet au Vinaigre with Rice is a dish @jamesmartinchef loved to eat when he was working in France as a youth. For James this dish is right up there with Chicken Chasseur! You can serve this with mash or bread too!

It’s always amazing to catchup with Harold McGee, even better when it’s at our own restaurant. Harold’s writing has been so inspiring for Isa and I over the years so it was such a pleasure to finally have him with us at Trivet.

I had an amazing time cooking with @jamesmartinchef.
The brilliant @jonny5lake is in the house with this recipe for Grilled Veal Sweetbread with Smoked Maitake Mushroom, Pickled Lingonberries and Wild Black Cumin. It is served with a Blackcurrant Moustada which is a mustardy, spicy blackcurrant jam 👉
