Waited all year for the purple AirPods Max w/ USB-C, and they’re the most uncomfortable headphones I’ve worn, esp. with glasses. Love the seamless handoff to/from Apple devices but can't get past the clamping force discomfort. Suggestions for alternatives?

Refreshed the shop page via computer and was finally able to place the order (with free shipping). I get systems crash and fail, but Apple launch day is predicable. Also, if systems do fail & the CTA is for customers to call, have reps who know how to process preorders correctly.
