Desk upgrade! It’s similar to the old one, but custom built for my needs. It’s larger, oak (not pine), and lower, so now I can have my monitor, too. Simple, but effective!

Jules can see images, it can take screenshots of what it's built and show it to you, and interpret what's on the image like annotations. Comes in handy with bug fixing! . UI coming soon for this feature! (to try it out, give it an image from a public URL).
Jules loads VMs from snapshots with environment preconfigured and code synced automatically. so it's faster to build. Oh yeah, and it understood the prompt that I included in an annotated image. :P

So, a real unlock for me here is creative independence. AI lowers the cost of coordination, so builders don’t have to wait on approvals, reviews, or help. you get to follow your curiosity and just build.

In a coaching session with a new grad PM today, I told them: the best way to get good at dev tools is to build. It doesn’t have to be serious. My first AI project was a nepo baby database fully built by AI. Code, images, text. Taste comes from shipping.
