Absolutely! My go to is 3 days cardio(usually running) and 3 days weights(maybe dumbbells in the garage, going to the Y) Work and Family can sometimes modify this but the goal is to move more days than miss and definitely try not to miss 2 days in a row! Just move!
Movement as Medicine isn’t a passing trend or wellness fad—it’s a complete mindset revolution. We used to think: “If I’m not sick, I’m healthy.” Rest was the default. Exercise? Optional, mostly for looks or occasional fun. Today we know better: Movement IS medicine. Daily.

Seeing all these crazy transfer portal stories makes me only appreciate the @GamecockFB trio of LaNorris Sellers, Dylan Stewart and Nyck Harbor even more. LOVE that mindset from those guys. Needs to be celebrated more in the sport.
