This is a subtweet but I can’t figure out about what. The good news is we passed a great housing law called SB 79 that should help as soon as the governor signs it.
When the supply of available homes goes down relative to demand, prices increase. This is one of the best established findings in housing policy, and policymakers who don't center this aren't going to fix the housing crisis.

Tonight, Culver City unanimously passed Single Stair reform, becoming the first city in California to legalize it by ordinance. They join Santa Monica, which approved Single Stair two weeks ago as an Alternative Method.
