This is a complete inversion of reality. Two days ago it was absolutely ubiquitously uncontroversial that football hooligans should be banned, the actual hypocrisy is that a lot of people are now pretending to support hooliganism.
Strange how those applauding the banning of Maccabi Tel Aviv fans from attending the match at Aston Villa for ‘hooliganism’ reasons, have never shown outrage over other examples of hooliganism. I wonder what is the difference here?
