The seeds of the American Revolution were sown right here in Fairfax, where our founders said no to a king. Today, thousands of Fairfax families stood with millions of Americans nationwide to keep that spirit alive: No Kings. No crowns. No authoritarianism.

It’s a blessing that @bikhim is fine and safe. Thanks to the Czech Republic for its quick responses and increased safety protocol.
Just as CCP crushed democracy in Hong Kong, it tried crushing the car of VICE PRESIDENT of Taiwan INSIDE a NATO member state. This is the CCP’s criminality on display for the whole world to see. This isn’t diplomacy, it’s coercion.

TSMC was founded in 1987. But the Taiwan Relations Act became law in 1979, the Reagan Six Assurances were issued in 1982. The US maintained a deep relationship with the ROC for decades. The idea that the US interest in Taiwan starts and ends only with semiconductors is bananas.
“If the US can reduce its reliance on Taiwanese semiconductors, then the way would be open for America to abandon Taiwan.” 2/2
