The Noblesville School Board should be applauded for holding a well organized meeting and giving all speakers 3 minutes
Both sides were well represented No one yelled, no one was out of control At the end a new board member was appointed for one night civility was the winner.

At the 1:25 mark I decided to leave. No candidate had spoken yet. I wasn't sure they ever would. BTW Melba Kiser and Misti Ray were the candidates. They align politically with the 20 people in attendance. No thanks.

He surveyed Midwestern teachers leaving the profession. His website says he had 615 qualified responses.
Indiana alone has 79,120 teachers according to INDOE. So just in IN, it's less than 1% and should be completely discounted. Not withstanding the entire Midwest.
