@UKLabour @DisabilityLab The UK #Deaf community is desperately hoping that Sir @Keir_Starmer will be standing beside a #BSL interpreter when he addresses the nation for the first time today. @BDA_Deaf has an interpreter ready and waiting outside No. 10. Please work with them!
Deaf people have been left in limbo: we still donβt know if there will be a BSL interpreter when @Keir_Starmer gives his first speech. We have one here ready and waiting β just give us the nod, Kier, and weβll help make sure your speech is accessible for deaf people.
