@spectatorindex Honestly, 753 deaths is not just a “natural disaster” — it’s a failure of a system that never prepares until it’s too late. Indonesia isn’t just being hit by floods; it’s being hit by negligence, corruption, and decades of ignored warnings.

Plants don’t move—but they constantly redirect their growth. Prof. Hyung-Taeg Cho’s team sheds new light on how PIN, the protein that guides the flow of the growth hormone auxin, becomes unevenly placed in the cell—a key step that gives plants their directional growth. This

The model of gene expression taught in school is highly misleading! Transcription factors are proteins that bind to DNA and then help repress, or activate, the expression of genes. Cells have hundreds of different types of transcription factors, each tuned to regulate different

Goal dia hanya promote pencapaian akademisi internal. Layaknya kampus Indonesia bikin ucapan pencapaian dosennya. Oxford gak wajib disclose detail proses penelitian. Itu tanggung jawab researcher di naskah akademik

Impressive work from the Zhang group at Tsinghua University describing automated OrthoRep-driven protein evolution, which they used to evolve various new proteins, including an effective capping-enzyme-T7-RNAP fusions for production of capped mRNAs.

FWIW: this is why I find AI for science so fascinating. Building “AGI” — intelligence that looks like us — is in some regards more dull than to solving task that humans are not evolved to do, like perceive and reason at molecular and atomic levels. We were evolved to pick

The majority of plant DNA is essentially parasitic, encoding the message, 'make more of me.' And the vast majority of chromatin modification in plant genomes can be interpreting as saying, 'don't do that.' Genomes are shaped, in large measure, by this conversation. Huge if true.
