Focus on being the best at getting better. I have taught/coached thousands upon thousands of kids/adults. The best outcomes & make enjoyment always stem from those focused on growth & improvement. ALWAYS.

Literally, your only goal when coaching youth sports is to make the kids WANT to come back. That’s it. That’s all. It’s also the same for 16u & everything in between.
