Also, fasting and liquid diets arent starving yourself. Intermittent fasting is a great way to lose weight and have more energy...I do it myself. Granted some of them probably go over board.

Grenada has an awesome bowling alley called lava lanes. Bowling downstairs with pool tables and other games as well and then a bar and restuarant upstairs. It was like a bowling lounge more than an alley. The perfect model to follow.
