The Labour Mayor of Hackney, Caroline Woodley, has today (6 Feb) asked Hackney Council’s Cabinet to halt its review into reducing library opening hours. Thanks to the latest funding from the Labour Government, our libraries have been saved from changing their opening hours.

How can @ZoeGarbett and the @hackneygreens party bemoan what they call ‘gentrification’. 20 years of @HackneyLabour delivery has transformed our schools, public spaces, built environment etc. Most residents, new and established are proud of the borough.

@HackneyLabour He's a Labour party plant won't help residents and will spout off Starmer lines. Tried running in Stoke Newington in 2024 and because he didn't win has been handed Hackney Central because its a easy area.
