Here is what the boneheads at JH are calling "daily cases." When we adjust for testing rates, it looks nearly backwards.

A growing number of people that know something is wrong, but they don't know what or why. That's our job to tell 'em.

We impute 2017 - 2019 values & backproject what UCoD would have looked like had the relationship matched historicals.
