The pandemic revealed the enormous strain on the mental healthcare system for young Americans. Parents whose children have complex mental and behavioral needs have had to take desperate measures to get their kids treatment.

Grateful for the compassionate regard and respect that @LDamour conveys in her new book “The Emotional Lives of Teenagers” and the comments she shared during our conversation this week. Understanding our teens will help us more effectively support and respond to them.
