stated Elle was dead. Investigators think it’s likely Elle’s body is somewhere in Mississippi River County Park, which they’ve searched several times & found Elle’s phone on land, & Lisa’s phone &. purse in the water. Police suspect Lisa was involved in Elle’s disappearance.
