Our #preprint on Pitx1 & Liebenberg syndrome with @BompadreOl98894 is out. Key findings:.Phenotypic severity tied to proportions of Pitx1 overexpressing cells, not transcription level. Pitx1 transcription doesn't drive enhancer-promoter interactions. 1/X.

Here, four enhancer deletions result in decreased transcription of their cognate genes. Notably, a single enhancer deletion at Fgfr3 leads to a 70% transcription loss in the trunk and limbs.
