Priming Metal Miniatures! Tested some priming methods, half the miniatures were soaked in white vinegar for 2 hours and then rinsed in an attempt to etch the surface to aid paint adherence. Durability tested by scrubbing with a toothbrush for 3 seconds.

"No wrong way to play"-brain is not internally consistent, because it reacts so strongly to "RAW is best". This is because NWWTP is Chaos ideology, RAW is Law, but NWWTP wants to claim the legitimacy of RAW: with logic like "Rule Zero is RAW so NWWTP is RAW". It can only corrupt.

Gary Gygax never knew how to play D&D or just wanted you to think that. Arneson was playing Chainmail. Rob is not a designer, did not know what was happening in the 70s and has less of a grip on it now. Griff lies about everything, hides documents from people and hates

The prevailing belief is that the ACS included in OD&D replaces Chainmail. What is missed is that the "normal" combat system in Chainmail is its Mass Combat, while the derived systems are given clear titles like "Man to Man".🧵
Three of the four combat systems in Chainmail are for 1v1, and the two of those most similar to the ACS explicitly inherit from the Mass Combat system, just as OD&D instructs regarding the ACS in Book 3.

Playing RPGs better than Gygax shouldn’t even be amazing. Not one single person is amazed when someone says they write better than the Sumerians or play basketball better than James Naismith. Inventing something virtually never makes you the best at the thing you invented.

Dune is essentially similar to the HP Lovecraft mythos. Mythos entities are so alien to humanity that they share no similarities in morals, so too the CHOAM shareholders/nobles are equally out of touch with human morals, except it’s from constantly getting high on spice

This method of argument is disingenuous, disgusting, and should be condemned as the workings of Chaos. This person's argument is made entirely in bad faith, in pursuit of the willful ignorance which gives them respite from their own cognitive dissonance. The meaning is obvious.
