I suffer quite badly from claustrophobia. Wearing a mask is not the most pleasant thing in the world (is it for anyone?) but I wear one because it's the right thing to do. I call bullshit on the majority of those using claustrophobia as an excuse.

I am a GP receptionist & please believe me that it's just as frustrating for us. We are short of both admin staff & GPs due to sickness & constantly trying to juggle the appointments to ensure that those who need them are seen. Next routine appts are in March, now.

As an insomniac myself, this makes me so angry. I sometimes go for weeks sleeping 'normally'. If you slept next to me on one of those nights, you'd have no idea I had an issue. But when the insomnia kicks back in (and it *always* does) it is utterly debilitating. I hate this guy.

Because of the new job that I start on Monday I have just had my last session at the foodbank I've run every week for nearly the last 7 years. I am a better person because of the volunteering & because of the volunteers who have become treasured friends in that time.
