Cut state pension from #50swomen for 6 yrs and we have had over 400k women died already pensionless #waspi
I do not need to see what happens because I know my evidence-base and I know my coroner’s inquests. Cut benefits and people will die unnecessarily in awful conditions, health will deteriorate and indirect costs - more hospital admissions, more need for social care- costing more.

Everyone needs to grasp that legacy welfare benefits, Carer's Allowance, Universal Credit and PIP are woefully inadequate. They are NOT enough to survive or live on with modern costs - especially if disabled, because of the extra costs that can incur.

My autistic son worked all summer at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, got all A* across his GCSE's and is currently doing A levels for a career in engineering. Should I tell him about assisted suicide instead like this rancid, depraved piece of shit is suggesting?
Lord Falconer says people with “learning difficulties or autism” could, with “proper assistance”, access assisted suicide. That should alarm every Peer in the Lords. Vulnerable people don’t need help to die. They need support to live.

Well done to @asda in Manchester for offering Tom a job which he has accepted! Good news!
This is the reality of disabled people working. This young man was an invaluable part of the team — praised, included, and admired — until his family asked he be paid just a little for years of hard work. Shame on you, @waitrose. This treatment as worth less gets internalised.

A few, or many, of you may have read about Tom Boyd, an autistic young man whom Waitrose declined to offer paid work after he had voluntarily stacked shelves for the store, unpaid, for 5 years. Good news. @Asda has offered Tom two paid 5 hr shifts/week.
