AI is not the same as yesteryear SAAS play. Pricing arbitrage will also not work. Companies need to go deep!

You don't move back to India because it has become better than the west but rather be close to family, your roots and (for a tiny fraction) play your part in making India better!
It just takes one trip back home for any NRI who - swayed by emotion & some patriotism - contemplates to move back to India. Just one trip to cancel any such thoughts.
