I humbly offer a different reading: the mere fact that Geingob was re-elected by at least one third less votes shows the eroding credibility and lack of trust. It's a well deserved defeat, not a victory. But then, I do not aim for any political office in a morally corrupt party.
Your re-election as the President of the Republic of Namibia and Swapo Party as the Governing party is a sign that the Namibian people at large appreciates your leadership. I want to hereby convey my warmest congratulations 🍾 to a well deserved victory.
