The SDLP Youth stands today with the families and community of Derry who have once again been left heartbroken and disappointed by the outcome of the Soldier F case.

Whether it's the A5 or Casement, All-Island Rail or our crumbling wastewater, the Executive is failing to deliver. These and other vital projects were supposed to be in an Investment Strategy. But the Executive still hasn't published one. The Opposition is demanding one today.

These “patriots” and “protectors” are nothing more than a bunch of thugs seeking to fuel tensions and ignite hatred. It’s long past time certain politicians ditched the legitimate concerns BS and stood up for what is right.

The Executive is just back from summer recess and they should be filled with energy and focus, but instead all of this is going on. The case for a New, United Ireland only grows stronger with the SDLP as the driving force.

Just 3 months ago SF & DUP voted down a major part of the plan to save Lough Neagh. Despite good intentions, Alliance was unable to get its Executive colleagues to support it. Today @SDLPlive built an assembly majority for this key part of saving Lough Neagh. Opposition matters!
