My heart is heavy this week as 5 nursing staff died due to
#Covid_19
. We must do all we can to protect staff, keep them safe. This includes; correct PPE, vaccination, providing culturally sensitive health and well-being interventions & keeping healthy. May they rest in peace 🙏🏾

This is my career pathway as a Black Nurse from 1993! Lack of black seniors so mentors were Dr Andy Webb & the gr8 Louise Boden. They exploited my talent continuously. My pathway is rare for

staff. This is the possibility when ethnicity is viewed as an asset!
