This šŸ‘‡ originally aired in early July 2020. We knew way back then that kids and schools should be 100% open. Every pediatrician in this clip says YES! to #openschools and yet we kept kids out of school this entire time, causing massive, unnecessary long term damage. Shame on us.

The Biden admin & Democrats coerced thousands of soldiers into getting the Covid vaccine and discharged 8,000 who refused Now they launch this political theater piece to appeal to the honor of those they treated so dishonorably

Despite the drama, this property tax discussion is actually pretty useful. Four and a half stars.

Property taxes are effective at reallocating value-able resources from the elderly to young families. This is a perfect example of a GOOD tax structure/purpose. The people feeling the friction it generates (the elderly) want you to remove that friction so they can benefit

It's important to understand that falling real estate prices is a GOOD thing. The reptiles in DC want to pretend otherwise, but artificially high housing prices helps no one but tax collectors.

2) Because the main issue right now is that prices are too high. Inflation, income, and rent-adjusted prices are all near their highest level on record. In the case of inflation-adjusted prices, we're in a bigger bubble than 2006.

Home values always go up, right? Not in 2025. Zillow just reported that over 50% of houses in the U.S. experienced a declining Zestimate over the last 12 months. The most widespread decline since 2012.

@Noahpinion Been this like this since the early 2000's, though not as bad. The market tried to correct, but the govt chose to help owners and speculators keep their money rather than let homes become affordable for the young.

The Democrats' "ROAD to Housing Act" is a perfect example of DC Republicans kowtowing to the swamp & special interests, under the guise of "bipartisanship", instead of serving their constituents. There is no "Housing Crisis" in the US, and anyone claiming that is lying to you.

The FP’s @LLBiggers visits a rent-stabilized apartment that’s been empty since 2021, even as New York faces a housing shortage. And this isn’t an outlier. Because of 2019 rental laws, an estimated 50,000 similar units sit vacant across the city.
