‘Healthy aging’ is an oxymoron! That notion must end! If your biology were perfectly healthy, you would not age. This slogan has severely narrowed the scope of aging research & longevity priorities & has been harmful to genuine efforts for targeting root causes to reverse aging.

Criticism is a fixed cost of taking action. People will criticize you if you anything note worthy. They’ll also criticize you for doing nothing. So you might as well just do what you want.
