Yes, your child does act like that at home. The difference? You don’t have 25 others getting interrupted by it.

I was raised with the Kentucky values of treating everyone with respect and looking out for our neighbors. It's the right thing to do.

Many times, action is not the riskiest path — the riskiest path is inaction. Successful leaders have the courage to take action!

This has been my mantra since I was an AP and now as principal I feel it is my duty to make sure everyone knows their strengths. I must use those strengths to maximize their impact on our students, staff, and families. "The right people in the right place doing the right thing!"
One of the main roles of principals is knowing the strengths of others and putting the right people in the right room at the right time.

Creating brace spaces for growth is what I try to do every day. If we, as leaders, do not create opportunities for these spaces, then how are we truly supporting growth? @JLATigers #growingtogether
We have a responsibility to lift each other up with authenticity. If we witness toxicity, we must speak up to protect and guide others. True leadership is about creating safe spaces for growth, not silence. Let’s lead with integrity, sharing wisdom to foster positive, thriving

This is the truth, @AllysonApsey & @gcouros! Every staff member should feel happiness in their work. This starts with everyone, including leaders, lifting and valuing each other. @JLATigers #growingtogether
Leading kids is the easy part; leading adults is h-a-r-d. Just like with students, there is no one-size-fits-all. Every staff member needs different things to feel valued. And, adults need to feel seen and valued to thrive. When the adults in the school are living their best

I hope with every part of my being that people see me as this type of leader, one who elevates others.
Leadership isn’t about being the loudest in the room; it’s about creating a space where every voice matters. When we lead with humility and purpose, we elevate the whole team. Let’s focus on lifting each other higher. #LeadershipRiffs

Creating brave spaces allows opportunities for this type of engagement and discussion. @BreneBrown #bravespaces
Here’s a tip for PLCs! Every team should engage in self-assessment practices at least once a year. Then, as a team, celebrate wins and put together a plan for improvement. 💪🔥 🔗 https://t.co/LXFWKFXIm9
