Scam from @seetickets… Paid for tickets and got an email that the event is cancelled… But I only get a partial refund because they’d I loose money than them. And don’t even think about getting “refund insurance”. It doesn’t apply if THEY cancel, and it’s non-refundable.

@gear4music I’m not talking about it being perfectly set up… I’m talking about being able to play basic chords and have the notes sound. This isn’t about getting a perfect action - its about getting it to the point where its meeting basic levels of functionality.

What does @gear4music QC passed sticker mean? they don’t open the boxes - so they’re “not responsible”! Customer support says “maybe it shifed in transit” (the screw undid themselves!), and I should do a setup. Should do hours of work on a new guitar so it actually plays notes!

New guitar from @gear4music … Unplayable. Strings never tuned to pitch, so no neck adjustment ever performed. Gap under neck you can slide a card into, so no chance this will ever play. Most notes at 5th fret won’t sound. Most notes on B string don’t sound.
