Problem is indeterminate results arise often for both benign and malignant lesions (overlap). I actually think a real world analysis should do something with those numbers: with and without. https://t.co/8C8KHMWB04

I read this article and would hire phone communicators any day of the week. The “Communication Differences” section is problematic. It’s how our group stands out. In fact, talk on the phone more. Sure, we all love digital communication but talking wins. https://t.co/hoESuz9bDh

You have to go through moments of doubt, pain, and hate to get to anew mountain top of anything you love. Agree with this logic.
Dream: When you do what you love, you never work again a day in your life. Reality: When you do what you love, you get moments you love punctuated by long periods of pain.

Predictions are impossible but one should at least get educated on #BTC. $SMLR is also a great company and their board is forward thinking. @SemlerEric
Tariffs, trade wars…it’s times like these when bitcoin should be the ultimate safe haven, far superior to gold and the dollar. #BTC

A lot of young leaders think that the point of their job is to keep everyone on their team happy, when in fact, it’s to keep the best people on their team happy. And allow the rest to rise to the occasion or weed themselves out. Yes - that means low performers will whine. It

This is it. See @skincancerguru post. Better summary. 👇🏼
@davidwest_irl @BenMazer I agree, David - they are looking at this the wrong way and very short term. As you say, I think it's better to look at this as AI reporting virtually all simple cases and leaving the rest to manual review

Pretty much true.
@SahilBloom True. The trick in life is to keep on stumbling no matter what because that’s the only way forward.

It’s pretty archaic when folks charge 2-3% fees for using a credit card. You wonder why people gravitate towards crypto.

*** News alert: my memoir written with Garry Maddox is coming out soon*** Just over a year ago I was diagnosed with a Grade 4 IDH wildtype glioblastoma – the worst subtype of brain cancer. I am now patient zero for applying melanoma science to treatment for my cancer.

Thanks all (@tonitatirado @mccalmo and @HENRYY_MD). Added some more IHC (cd168, F13a, pankeratin) that are probably low yield but odd lesion. Still think it’s focal mucinosis.

>70yo thigh. Eryrhematous nodule with hyperkeratotic scale. @mccalmo @HENRYY_MD Neg for CD34, sox10, cd30 (cd30 bc history said LyP, later found out it’s an autopopulate error). Focal cutaneous mucinosis? Cells are odd though.
