@davidwest_irl @BenMazer I agree, David - they are looking at this the wrong way and very short term. As you say, I think it's better to look at this as AI reporting virtually all simple cases and leaving the rest to manual review

Thanks all (@tonitatirado @mccalmo and @HENRYY_MD). Added some more IHC (cd168, F13a, pankeratin) that are probably low yield but odd lesion. Still think it’s focal mucinosis.

>70yo thigh. Eryrhematous nodule with hyperkeratotic scale. @mccalmo @HENRYY_MD Neg for CD34, sox10, cd30 (cd30 bc history said LyP, later found out it’s an autopopulate error). Focal cutaneous mucinosis? Cells are odd though.
