@drjohnm @rallamee @ProfDFrancis @DavidLBrownMD @VPrasadMDMPH 1/2- I agree with @kaulcsmc. ORBITA 2 answered a fundamental mechanistic question, but using it to change guidelines makes little sense. Existing coronary revascularization guidelines already assumed that PCI wasn't just a placebo. Now we have proof.
