100% 1 year 10% cap on interest rates is in everybody's best interest even the banks they will save them from great defaults and lst their borderline customers stay customers. Subsidize or means test it if we must. But get it done pronto! Surprised not a single bank did it yet.

If they do not do it until the following week they must keep it for 2 years, if the week after for 3 years and so on. Then issue an executive order and/or legislation to to put teeth into it, making it law! This will help banks avoid massive defaults, loses and lost cuatimers.

Tomorrow January 20th is the day that the banks have been ordered to cap credit card rates at 10% for one year. But I hear most all of them are refusing to do so. So here's my suggestion for Trump, tell them to do it by the end of the week and keep it for one year or else...
