The difference is Herro was trying to be tough with it while Reed standing at the line like SpongeBob in front of the grill just happy to do what he loves
The coldest white boy moments in Kentucky basketball history.
Tyler Herro: Tells Arkansas, “I’m a bucket”, as he gives UK a three point lead under 5 seconds left.
Reed Sheppard: Smiling on the road, as he hits the game tying FT’s with 0.5 on the clock.
If college basketball is going to continue to be this incompetent, they should at least give each coach a challenge per half, and every charge/block call should be reviewable.
Cal not playing Sharpe this past season because they didn’t 100% trust that he was eligible, but not saying so to the media and blaming the kid is about as classy as it gets. He shouldered the blame for that from fans for months. Some of y’all owe him a big apology.
Memphis' Nae'Qwan Tomlin is expected to be available for Saturday's game against Vanderbilt, pending final clearance from compliance today, per Penny Hardaway.
Transfer from Kansas State.
Averaged 10.4 PPG and 5.9 RPG last season.
4 PM ET on Saturday on CBS.
I hate the Kentucky fanbase.
Beating a mid-major, that has a very frustrating offense, and winning by 19 is not good enough, apparently.
If you want pro results, watch the nba.
Calipari isn’t getting fired…not this year or next. Simply not happening
Calipari and Barnhart barely speak. That relationship is what it is
The future of Kentucky basketball is Calipari realizing what needs to change and making adjustments. It will be up to him if it happens
“Unacceptable” “this is Kentucky, the standard is higher than this”
Kentucky lost to Michigan State 2013 in the Champions Classic and made an incredible run to the championship game.
The standard has never been 40-0 outside of 1 year. Y’all are tripping.
Kentucky fans after Toronto: “This team will lose a few but they are really fun”
Kentucky fans when this team loses a few games: “This is unacceptable”
I promise you, as good as Shaedon Sharpe is, he wouldn’t have won this game for us. Sharpe’s first in-game appearance needs to be in Rupp against a lower level team. Not on the road, down 10, against a. Top 5 team. Y’all irrational about this kid.
Shaedon Sharpe is making the most NIL money on the team currently. It’s not even out of the question to say that his NIL money is similar to a 7th or 8th pick contract. Money is the not the reason for leaving here. I think he’ll be back.
Tired of talking about firing Cal or Cal retiring after every game when neither are going to happen in the middle of the season. Get behind this team, then we can talk about it in April.
Why is Kentucky/Cal the only ones that gets heat for only having 1 title in 10 years despite having a lot of talent?…
Duke: 1 title
Kansas: 1 title
UNC: 1 title
Gonzaga: 0 titles
Fact remains is only two teams has more than 1 title in the last 10 years. UConn & Nova
Bilas sounds flabbergasted that Kansas is getting ran off the floor by Marquette. Kentucky gave the blueprint on how to beat Kansas, just didn’t have anyone over 6’9” to keep HD in check and not grab every ORB. Also, Dujaun Harris isn’t shooting a scorching 5-5 from three.
@DickieV
@NCAA
40% of college students transfer across the nation for multiple reasons (including homesickness, opportunities, majors, etc) and no one bats an eye. Add the word “athlete” and suddenly they are condemned for it? Get outta here.
We don’t deserve another 5-star. This is pathetic… High schools with no budget for photo shoots have higher production value than this. No reason for a D1 program, let alone a blueblood basketball program, to have this low of quality for a recruitment photo shoot.
how Kentucky lost to Duke is beyond me… it’s not that Duke is bad at all, they just have no great backcourt players, and Kentucky has the best backcourt in the nation. I just want a rematch so badly.
@Outkick
@ClayTravis
“Don’t get mad on Twitter — you mad, bro?” - the guy posting an 8 minute salt video on twitter who is mad that he lost money on a bet against Kentucky.
We are now in the worst part of the college basketball season for Kentucky where we get just 1 frickin’ game a week. I could watch this team play every day
.
@UKCoachCalipari
has coached for 13 seasons at
@KentuckyMBB
, has coached 32 first-round NBA draft picks, and yet has won only one NCAA title. What do you think about that?
Spent the past month thinking about the current state of Kentucky Basketball, specifically fans' relationship with John Calipari.
It all comes down to trust, which right now, feels broken. The good news? It can be fixed, but it’s going to take some work.
Kentucky’s offense is 1st in the nation in turnover % and 6th in 3pt %.
Wanna hear something even crazier? Kentucky is
#1
in the nation in 2-foul participation with 100%.
Chris Livingston is in a very similar situation as PJ Washington. Coming off a tournament loss to K State, projected 2nd round pick, weighing his options. Worked out well for PJ, but don’t blame Livingston either way.
What I’m gathering is that some Kentucky fans would rather have another 9-16 season (because we didn’t have a true point guard) than run it back with Wheeler… I’m disgusted.

As much as I love Kentucky, can’t be considered a Cinderella team imo. A, we have too much ncaa tournament history (including a title 2 years prior)
B, that team was preseason
#1
and took awhile to get going
Men’s college basketball is a very flat, relatively unappealing product right now. Coaching legends are gone or diminished. No star players breaking through.
Just realized that Kentucky is going to be the team that comes in with a bunch of white boys and light up a Calipari team now. How the tables have turned
