How scalable it is? Q2 from the audience:.BioThings Explorer does not hold any data locally, only keeps #MetaKG, semantic annotations of #API, in the memory, so scalability is one of its highlighted features.

How it's different from #RDF and #SPARQL approach, Q1 from the audience:.It separates data (as #API) & semantics (as annotations) into two steps, so they can evolve separately or even handled by different teams, e.g. only change semantic annotations when knowledge model changes.
