Hey #radonc : ASTRO bone mets guideline, Tbl 5, item 4. Should 3-5 fx bone/spine SBRT be excluded & should only 1-2 fx SBRT be used now? We use 5 fx all the time esp for oligomets & worried will lead to denials if in official guide. Send comments to ASTRO if you disagree. I did.
