When is telehealth for radiation oncology on treatment visits appropriate? It likely depends on the site of service/disease type. At my freestanding center, I often am also the patients PCP. Without me there is no in-person physician support, patients go straight to hospital.

Private practice is in trouble The data is clear. The trends are concerning. This is #radonc can do about it. #radonc is proposing ROCR (S. 1031/H.R. 2120) which would immediate stabilize the field, especially the private practices. 1/2
