Hey YIMBYs: visitors like S.F. the way it is 😎 Don’t mess with S.F.‼️ @DanielLurie
My trip to San Francisco ruined my life, its all i think about all the time now. Nowhere else will ever be good enough

@carlatcole It always seems to be ignored that most developed areas are black neighborhoods that push black residents out of city. In Austin, they have less than 7% black residents now. Their segregated (they were pushed to East side)neighborhood was prime real estate-greatest profit margin.

Alexa say more
@jibreeladonna He's a liar. He's a comms person for a corporate lobbying firm. Nothing they do has anything to do with multi-family housing in wealthy neighborhoods. It's entirely about incentivizing speculation and displacement in areas where multi-family housing already exists.

Alexa who is Max Dubler
@jibreeladonna He's a bad person who makes a living doing harm. He's completely soulless and amoral.

A. Who is this market? B. Things cost money What is a wealth neighbourhood to a moron? Being in close proximity to cafe or your god damn job? All you armchair realtors are drunk off of transplant vibes. Loaded with innuendo about urban life that is dated.
It still blows my mind that Jim Crow-era zoning laws—even literal bans on multi-family housing in wealthy neighborhoods—somehow got rebranded as progressive regulation.

it blows my mind that people like this insist on engaging in lying by reductionism when faced with a nuanced position on a complex issue they dont like. actually it doesn't. especially coming from a lawyer. and this is why i dont even bother trying to have a dialogue with yimby.

Unifier Advisors is led in part by Ed Rollins and Eric Beach. Rollins, whose wife sold Ghislaine Maxwell’s townhome, is paid at the infamous Epstein building @ryangrim is always going on about, while Beach is advising the father of the publisher of @DropSiteNews, so there’s that.

@TheFrisc @kuromisays411 @carlatcole @sfplanning Then do some actual journalism. Your news reads like a magazine at the Safeway checkout. It has Lazarus’ bland, yimby pandering style written all over it.

person waking up from 10 year coma:
@katewillett Real question, why is yimby bad? As the population grows why should we not build more housing?

WHAT DID I SAY! Of course Ryan supports the YIMBYs. It’s so sad when “journalists” just agree with a well-funded movement instead of looking at it with a critical eye. Hey Ryan, talk to folks in SF who have been watching the YIMBys since 2017. We can confirm it’s evil
