Yes, we are up sweeping the streets. After a series of hill workouts, I decided to hit the streets for a refreshing morning run! Covered 7.25 km with a pace of 3:52/km, setting a new PR in the 5K. Work in progress, feeling the improvement and ready to polish it up!

That's an excellent idea, saw it well executed by @smmugabe at Fort Portal City Marathon during their second Edition and it was really amazing. Up to today, I still enjoy reading through their magazine and stories from various Running Community Influential figures.
@wekesa_amos @RwenzoriMarathn These events should come out as a magazine so we who didn't attend can equally enjoy the moments. It would be nice if my white uncle came to Uganda Lodges and finds the Rwenzori 2025 magazine on display😁.

Missed the 42km Podium at @MakRun_Ug by less than 30 secs. Ran my heart out, now it's time to rest, regroup, & craft a better Strategy. The journey continues. It was a wonderful race, looking forward to the next Edition. #MakRun2025

Today's Morning Run, I joined @mutungomadbus to shake off the Weekend Excess Millage at a conversational - Marathon Pace, easy and slow morning run but was worthy it as I prepare the legs and mind for a full marathon, 42km on 17th August with @MakRun_Ug .#Road2Makerere
