Ahhaa, i don't know how to announce easy in any other better way. It is not for dying on the road, just enjoy the shakeout rhythm.😍😍.
When you learn to run easy, running becomes much easier. It’s like unlocking an endurance superpower you didn’t know you had. You can get out and cruise around for 2-3 hours (or more) if you keep it easy enough. Once you’ve done enough long runs (and long races), it doesn’t.
