I bought an acre of land in 2001 for 3.5m shillings. I took my fiancé to see it and she said it was far we should sell it, buy some place close to town. I refused to listen. A single plot of land 50x100 in that same place is now 70m each. Do not listen to people say it is far!

The biggest mistake of my life is not buying land in Kyanja and Naalya when I started working in 1996. So not repeat that mistake. Buy Bombo and or Zirobwe Kiwenda or those places that seem undeveloped right now. You will be extremely happy you did in 20 years. Buy land now.
