Forget DeFi lending. Kang is creating a 1940 closed end fund to equitize robotics private investments + liquid . Not a convert exactly but think MSTR for robotics . 150m total size.
kang has always had an interest in defi lending protocols and for good reason, i hope you guys can see the future.

Bad news for this guy — Mercor has received preemptive offers at up to ~$10B, just four months after announcing their Series B at $2B. They have declined these offers so far. The company continues to grow rapidly.
