@NobelPrize @J0nasF @CERN My late brother-in-law Ravi Kumar worked at CERN in mid-70s. I'm very proud of him. Delighted to say I visited it then. Much excitement. I goggle-eyed at computers the size of wardrobes.

@ArtyBagger Thought this had been investigated by @BBCWatchdog and excessive surcharges stopped. If you can, ask to see the item at the Royal Mail Delivery Office, open it, take a photo of it, then hand it back without paying. £5 is unacceptable when it should be £1.70. @Mattallwright 😒✉️

Out in London nearly every night the last week. 4 music events, a pub quiz, Xmas drinks, birthday party. Stratford, the O2, Kentish Town, Holloway, Soho, Camden, Green Lanes. Never seen the city so busy, people lovely, public transport clean & efficient & I wasn’t murdered once
