This is picking up speed it seems, so to be clear. I was acting as if all 100k were monthly dues payers, which is not true. There are some people who pay annually. This is 100k who are active dues payers, but it does not include anyone who is in arrears.

I think it's good to directly engage with the hypothesis Zohran is proposing. I'm still unclear what the results of this experiment are, or how we'll identify / measure them.
I think this passage is the key to understanding Zohran’s political ideology. To him politics is defined by disillusionment with Obama, and “democratic socialism” is a signifier for ”actually“ delivering hope and change this time, while reproducing the dems managerial blindness

It was inevitable that Zohran would eventually endorse Gov Hochul, but why give this endorsement while she's helping break a strike of 15,000 nurses and before she's made any public concessions on taxing the rich?

I love dunking in special elections, and 26 is most def going to be a blue wave year, but democrats struggle with low propensity voters, not triple prime. Just make sure you follow through, and run hard through that finish line. Nothing is a given.

Every chapter should honestly. Easy asks for new members to attend and write up a report. Or just have someone draw up cartoons.
DSA chapters need to start stepping into the space that's been hollowed out by newspapers. I know, I know, lol then we're trots lol but like, seriously, there is so little reporting and it's such an easy way to help create a physical presence for your chapter
