No matter how likely, I think it's a bit dangerous to assume it was covid induced POTS that caused her condition. This is what anti-vaxxers do with anything happening post vaccine. It's important that we're consistent.

Even your cherry picked effectiveness still shows that Pfizer had an RRR of 49%. If it stopped 49% of cases, then the effectiveness against hospitalisation and death would have been far higher. Well worth having.

Do you know how many people die from aspirin per year in the UK?

Her symptoms sound very much like POTS. One of the causes of POTS is viral infection. Probably the most likely virus to cause POTS at the moment is SC2. She's likely had covid.
This isn't evidence that she had covid induced POTS even if it's the most likely explanation.

Pulmonary thromboembolism is an embolism from somewhere else which ends up blocking your lungs. It's not to do with your heart. It can cause petechiae which look like a rash. I'm sorry about your mum. The pfizer vaccine doesn't cause clots.
