Hey @marksandspencer, what is the plan to sort out the ladies in Cheltenham branch? They’re badly in need of refurb (and in the short term, a bloody good clean). Taps barely work, dryers cold, floor filthy, and a foul smell throughout. I’ve used nicer portaloos at Glastonbury.
