I keep being told by LinkedIn there’s a job that fits me well, old LA are advertising for an Education Safeguarding Lead and an Education Safeguarding Trainer!! 4.5 years to realise what we told them… you already have a good service, why ditch it! 😩🙄#redundancy #value4£.

What an excellent explanation for anyone in any doubt about what curiosity, empathy, connection and relationships should be at the heart of a school. Thanks for taking the time to post it @grahamchatterl2.
Now I have little doubt that I am yet again being accused of trolling and being to that this is not what AO meant by his post but the ablest and anti-SEMH rhetoric needs calling out. I would love to actually have a debate about it but he won't do that so here is a 🧵instead. .

Are these really longer than usual delays @Eurotunnel ? We use the tunnel every year and I literally cannot remember when we last left the UK on time… it’s very wearing and absolutely not a reliable service 😬
